Data and purposes
We process sender/receiver names, addresses, contact details, parcel and customs documents, account password hashes/session identifiers and invoice tax details. Bases: contract performance (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), tax/customs duties (c), complaints, claims and security (f). Recipient details may come from the sender. Marketing consent is not required to order. We do not collect card numbers or CVV.
Recipients
Necessary data is shared with carriers, pickup points, customs agents, CyberFolks hosting, mail, accounting/legal providers and authorized authorities. Air-shipment payments are handled by PayU S.A., ul. Grunwaldzka 186, 60-166 Poznań, KRS 0000274399, tax ID 7792308495, which also acts as an independent controller under its privacy policy. Card details go directly to the payment provider. Any processing outside the EEA by mail/technology providers requires lawful transfer safeguards; request specific recipient details from us. Poland, Iceland and Norway are in the EEA.
Retention and rights
Tax records are kept for statutory periods, generally five years calculated under tax law. Transport/claim data is retained for applicable claim periods; accounts until closure except legally required records. Security logs only as necessary. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to legitimate-interest processing or withdraw consent, subject to legal conditions. Complain to UODO or your local authority, including Persónuvernd in Iceland. Required data is necessary for the service. No solely automated legally significant decisions are made.
Cookies and automated help
Session/login cookies and settings storage are necessary. Optional advertising tools must not run without separate consent. Manage cookies in your browser. The chat is an automated assistant, not a staff member. This version does not save messages to the Sendapakka chat database; visible context is kept in memory while the page is open. A session identifier helps prevent abuse. AI replies use limited context and questions sent to the configured AI provider after automatic masking of detected emails, telephone numbers and references. Masking cannot guarantee removal of all personal information; the provider may process data under its own terms. Do not enter personal details, card data, passwords or documents. Use staff contact or secure tracking for individual matters.
